BeO's thermal conductivity at room temperature is approximately 10 times that of [Alumina](https://centerlinetech-usa.hs-sites.com/alumina). Beryllium Oxide is second only to Diamond among insulating materials. BeO has a low Dielectric constant (6.76) and a low dielectric loss tangent, permitting improved circuit performance at high frequencies. Beryllium Oxide** **has a Coefficient of Thermal Expansion (CTE) of 9.0 which is intermediate compared to silicon or gallium arsenide and metals. **BeO standard sizes available:** 4.5" x 4.5" square to 1.00" x 1.00" square in thickness from .010" thru .080" **Custom sizes are available upon request.
